This is the foundation of every social media strategy. Starting with the target audience, our team then identifies the right channel or, often, multiple platforms. We develop the appropriate formats for each channel and target audience. Whether video or image, social media allows us to tell stories of all kinds in various ways, tailored precisely to our clients. Social media communication is extremely fast, direct, and dialogue-oriented. Users can easily engage with and influence processes by, for example, providing feedback or asking questions.<\/p>\n<p>The major advantage of social media is that it allows for highly targeted outreach with minimal scatter. A single campaign can also achieve multiple goals simultaneously, such as reach, brand awareness, or engagement. Relevant KPIs and successes are relatively easy to measure, thanks to numerous insights.<\/p>\n<p>Community management is often underestimated and treated as secondary in the field of social media. It requires time, money, and sometimes patience \u2013 yet we believe it is essential for a successful social media presence. Good community management helps build and sustain a successful channel over the long term. Authenticity, proximity, equal footing, and responsiveness are key criteria here.<\/p>\n<p>As time-consuming as social media is, it\u2019s just as colorful, diverse, and exciting. New channels, formats, and trends \u2013 Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms offer us countless incredible and varied ways to showcase our clients, their messages, and products every day.
