THE CULTURE OF RELATIONS

At modem conclusa, I found a team that shares my commitment to a lived ‘culture of relations’, as well as handling social, ecological, and diverse topics and clients. It is the diversity and meaningfulness of our work, as well as the opportunity to help shape it, that spur me on. Seeing how measures actually unfold and have an impact increases my motivation even more.

I began my journey at modem conclusa in 2017 with a one-year traineeship. As a junior PR consultant, I quickly wanted ‘more’ – for me, ‘more’ meant successfully completing a full-time MA in Brand Management alongside my job at modem conclusa. Focusing equally and with the utmost care on both my work and my studies was the biggest challenge I had faced in my professional and personal life to date. However, I found my ‘more’ and finally achieved the positive change and development I was striving for.

Since September 2019, I have worked at modem conclusa as a Customer Advisor and Customer Team Leader for Pukka. In this role, I have been able to apply and develop my skills as an agile, holistic project manager and communicator, as well as my strong organisational abilities and my ability to get things done, all underpinned by my unwavering yet realistic optimism. I also bring my expertise and passion for sustainable events (both online and offline) and partnerships to the role.
