Presenting topics linguistically and visually in such a way that they catch the eye of others, so that the recipients engage with them and align their actions accordingly – that is also what fascinates me in my position as a junior consultant at modem conclusa.
A twist of fate brought me to modem conclusa in 2019 after completing my degree in Tourism Management at the University of Seville. When tourism came to a virtual standstill in 2020 due to the pandemic, I already had a new career direction.
The skills that are required in the tourism industry are also very important in marketing communication and public relations. First and foremost for me is the ability to cultivate empathetic relationships. Be it with customers, opinion multipliers, co-operation partners and, of course, colleagues. Organisational talent and creativity are two other strengths that I can bring to bear in all areas of my work. Especially in one of my ‘favourite tasks’: organising events, both live and digital. It will come as no surprise to you that I really enjoy designing and creating layouts. As a junior consultant, I am jointly responsible for various clients from the agricultural and food industry.
Cooperation is at the top of the list. As a team and with ‘my’ customers. Respect for other cultures and the awareness that we humans are part of nature and that there are therefore limits to self-realisation are important to me. Namely where we destroy our environment, our livelihoods.
