Personal Connections Over Ads: A Networking Event to Remember
Creators and brands tend to interact digitally: through emails and DMs, campaigns, collaborations, and comment sections. At our second Content Creator Event on the 23rd of October 2026 at WERK3Studio in Munich, we brought them together in person. Seventeen creators from the organic food, fitness, and lifestyle sectors, with a combined following of around two million, connected with exciting brands from the organic food industry. Alongside enjoying great products together, one thing was the main focal point: time for one another and having actual conversations.
The Culture of Relations – In Every Sense of the Word
For us, good communication starts with building relationships based on trust. This philosophy is also at the heart of our Influencer Relations network, which has grown over many years through collaborations with a wide range of clients. At modem conclusa, we connect brands and creators, support influencer collaborations, and develop formats that encourage personal interaction.
“Events like these reflect what modem conclusa stands for: communication built on long-term relationships and mutual trust. This applies just as much to our long-standing clients as it does to brands we have not yet worked with. When people meet as equals and trust develops, everyone ultimately benefits: brands, creators, and consumers,” says Annette Bachert, Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing at modem conclusa and project lead for the event.
Our fishbowl discussion on current trends sparked particularly lively conversations. The open format allowed participants to join the discussion at any time and build on one another’s ideas. This created an engaging conversation with the entire group: Which trends are genuinely exciting right now, and which have we all had enough of? How does a trend actually emerge, and how do creators act as multipliers? Questions like these provided plenty of food for thought. Throughout the discussion, one bigger question kept coming up: What does successful collaboration between creators and brands look like?
Bringing Our Content Creator Event to Life: Planning That Leaves Room for Conversation
Turning an idea into a successful event requires many small steps, close coordination, and a team that thinks ahead. Led by Annette Bachert, our event team handled the planning, sent invitations, visited potential venues, and brought every creative idea to life down to the smallest detail. Our Social Media team also explored in depth which content formats we could develop from the event.
The aim for the afternoon was not to pack the schedule as tightly as possible, but to create the right impulses, a welcoming atmosphere, and enough room for spontaneous conversations. Feedback from the participants confirmed that this approach was the right one:
“It was really great! Super well organised, and I haven’t had so many great conversations in a long time. Thank you!!” – Jennifer Reinhard, CEO & Co-Founder of Fitgreenmind
“It was such a special event. Thank you so much for having tremi there. We met so many wonderful people and brands.” – Denise Ilogu, Co-founder of circular grain (tremis)
The event reinforced our commitment to nurturing our network and creating opportunities for new connections. We believe successful influencer relations begin long before a post goes live. They grow out of trust, mutual understanding, and relationships that extend beyond individual collaborations.
And the date for our next event is already set: 21 October 2027. We are looking forward to it already.
