Strategic Alignment of Communication for the Trade Fair Presence
At ISH, the world’s leading trade fair for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and water, the top companies in the industry once again gathered in Frankfurt in 2023. For our client DAIKIN, the global market leader and pioneer in heat pump technology, modem conclusa was responsible for communication with German trade, daily, business, and consumer media. Additionally, we advised DAIKIN Europe N.V. on the strategic direction of communication around the company’s presence at the fair. We also developed the content for DAIKIN’s press conference in close coordination with DAIKIN Europe N.V. and DAIKIN Germany and took on the moderation of the German press conference.
In addition to comprehensive press relations and the creation of press materials covering new heat pumps and innovative technologies, our primary focus was on hosting and engaging with the media representatives we invited. At the event, we conducted around 40 meetings with German journalists, providing them with in-depth information. We also arranged exclusive interviews between DAIKIN experts and key media outlets, including the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ).
The DAIKIN Europe trade fair stand was elaborately designed with modern interactive touchscreens and detailed product information on displayed heat pumps, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. To enhance accessibility for the German audience, modem conclusa translated the touchscreen content, info cubes, and live product presentations from English into German.
